- An initial, extended consultation incorporating review of the patient’s functional health history, including a complex patient timeline addressing mental, emotional, and environmental factors.
- Access to the Functional Medicine Program platform with integrative and functional medicine resources.
- After the first consultation:
- Collaboration to establish health care goals.
- Lifestyle recommendations.
- The ordering, interpretation, and review of specialty functional medicine laboratory tests.
- An integrative focus on diet, lifestyle and stress management.
- The diagnoses, treatment, and management of complicated conditions that are not always effectively addressed in a traditional medicine setting, such as hormonal imbalances, autoimmune issues, gut health disorders, chronic fatigue, anxiety, food sensitivities, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
Dr. Anita Kriplani’s Functional Medicine Program patients are responsible for:
- A one-time fee of $499 for the initial visit.
- A recurring monthly fee of $150.
- The cost of specialty laboratory testing.
- The cost of recommended supplements.
- The cost of complementary services recommended or offered.

- Schedule a Discovery Call to speak with Dr. Kriplani.
- Complete paperwork for initial consultation.
- An initial 90-minute consultation ($499) with Dr. Kriplani to set goals, discuss lab work (including specialty labs), and consider recommended lifestyle changes.
- After the initial consultation, patients can choose to join the Functional Medicine Program for $150 a month.
- Follow-up visits as necessary to review results, address concerns, and track progress.
