FunctionalMedicine.MD’s Functional Medicine Program provides:
- An initial, extended consultation incorporating review of the patient’s functional health history, including a complex patient timeline addressing mental, emotional, and environmental factors.
- Access to FunctionalMedicine.MD’s FM Platform.
- After the first consultation:
- Collaboration to establish health care goals.
- Lifestyle recommendations.
- The ordering, interpretation, and review of specialty functional medicine laboratory tests.
- An integrative focus on diet, lifestyle and stress management.
- The diagnoses, treatment and management of complicated diseases not always effectively addressed in a traditional medicine setting, such as adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, food sensitivities, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
FunctionalMedicine.MD’s Functional Medicine Program patients are responsible for:
- A one-time fee of $499 for the initial visit.
- A recurring monthly fee of $150.
- The cost of specialty laboratory testing.
- The cost of recommended supplements.
- The cost of complementary services recommended or offered.
Your Wellness Journey:
- Schedule a Discovery Call to speak with Dr. Kriplani.
- Complete paperwork for initial consultation.
- An initial 90-minute consultation ($499) with Dr. Kriplani to set goals, discuss lab work (including specialty labs), and consider recommended lifestyle changes.
- After the initial consultation, patients can choose to join the Functional Medicine Program for $150 a month.
- Follow-up visits as necessary to review results, address concerns, and track progress.
